    What is the maximum occupancy?
    “Time Flies” Cabins – The maximum occupancy is 18 guests comfortably but please contact us for additional.

    – “Clear and a Million” Cabins – The maximum occupancy is 10 guests comfortably but please contact us for additional.


    Do you have a height chair and a pack and play available?
    – Yes, we have a height chair and a pack and play available in both of our cabins.


    I heard you offer all the waffle fixins, 6 different waffle makers for the kids, complimentary coffee, an espresso/ latte machine, french press, pour over and much more. Is this true?

    Yes, that is all true.  We go above and beyond what most short term rental cabins offer.  We want you to know we care and are happy to provide you extras to make it the best vacation possible for your family so you come back year after year.

    -“Clear and a Million” cabin amenities included are a hot tub, kids loft with GIANT lite bright, 9 Hole Mini Golf Course, two stand alone arcade games, board games,, Jenga,, 100-inch outdoor movie screen with projector, 1 large covered decks overlooking the pond, pond access just down a few steps, waffle bar with 6 different designs to choose from, dual head shower in both bathrooms, floating soaker tub, 65-inch TVs in living room and 55-inch TVs in both bathrooms, bunk room and on the outside deck,, awesome bunk room that sleeps 6, firepit, outdoor playset, and 1 outdoor fireplaces.


    What are the cancellation policies?
    – The cancellation policies are as follows:

    – 30 days or more before arrival: no fee

    – 29-14 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation

    – 13-0 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation


    Do you have any discounts available?
    – Yes, we offer discounts for Military Members, Police, FireFighters, EMTs, and American Airlines Families.


    What is the payment policy?
    – The payment policy is that 50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.


    What are the pet policies?

    – We do not allow pets at our cabins.



    Is there parking at your cabins?
    – Our secure parking features convenient drive-up access, wide spaces, and designated areas for boats and ATV trailers. Enjoy a stress-free arrival and make the most of your time exploring.
