Our cabins are aviation and weather themed based on our professions as pilot and on air meteorologist.! ✈️ Neil, a seasoned airline captain, brings aviation magic to “Time Flies” cabin, while Vanessa an on-air meteorologist, a weather whisperer and sunshine weaver, paints “Clear and a Million” with vibrant skies. ✨ Soar through cloudscapes or bask in sun-kissed days – memories guaranteed, rain or shine!

Our Story
From Dream to Reality: Why We Became Short-Term Rental Hosts
Our journey began with a long-term rental property. We loved providing a beautiful home with high-end finishes to our tenants and their families. But during a vacation to Broken Bow in 2022, a bigger vision sparked. We realized we could offer that same exceptional experience to hundreds of families throughout the year.
Fueled by this dream, we embarked on the adventure of selling our long-term rental with the goal of acquiring two cabins in the Broken Bow/Hochatown area. Summer 2023 marked the joyous culmination of our efforts. We didn’t just buy cabins; we created what we believe are the two most family-friendly escapes in all of Broken Bow, OK.
The journey wasn’t effortless, but the rewards have been immeasurable. We’ve cultivated fantastic reviews, become Airbnb Superhosts, and most importantly, facilitated countless unforgettable family memories for hundreds of guests.
But our story extends beyond just business. Our cabins have also been a privilege to share:

Building the perfect team to ensure an exceptional guest experience was another crucial step. It wasn’t a smooth path,filled with adjustments and learning experiences. Yet, we persevered, and today, we have a team dedicated to exceeding our guests’ expectations.

Co-Owner/ Host/Social Media Marketing
Vanessa is also an On Air Meteorologist, Influencer and handles everything social media and marketing for our cabins.
Neil Delaney
Co-Owner/Host/Property Manager
Neil is also a Major Airlines Captain and handles the day-to-day operations of the short-term rentals.
Nicki Shinn
Co-Host/Guest Communications Expert
Nicki is a middle school teacher and dedicated Co-Host who handles all our guest communications. She reaches out to every guest post booking and is there to assist with any needs before, during and after your stay.
Ernie Evans
Property Caretaker/ Simulator Expert
Ernie is an expert mason (all stone work you see at the cabins are compliments of him) and he ensures our cabins are held to the highest of standards for our guests, he is there to assist if an issues pop up during your stay. He is also a pilot and our resident expert on all things flight simulator related.
